A founding Director of 21st, Richard has over 20 years experience across a broad spectrum of sectors and scales, working in the United States, South East Asia, Middle East, Australia and the UK. His interests lie in the pursuit of how value can be added to any project through the application of a rational process of analysis and architectural thought.

 

He has particular skill for unlocking complex planning and design issues, employing a range of skills to maximise the potential of developments and gaining successful planning outcomes. Familiar with all phases of a project from inception through completion, he has directed the design and construction of complex hotels, apartment buildings and commercial projects. Richard acts as Managing Director of the 21st practice environment and champions quality through every stage.

 

Richard is currently working on several large scale developments, such as the Marsh Wall Tower.
