Located to the South East of Sheffield City centre.

 

Situated between the shopping areas, the site has been derelict for over 20 years and sits as an increasing eyesore on the edge of the Cultural Industries Quarter Conservation Area.

 

The proposal involves the demolition of the existing building on the site and the erection of a six storey mixed use development. The proposal comprises of a ground floor retail unit with basement ancillary space and five floors of student accommodation providing 53 units. The student units proposed are all self catered with en-suite shower rooms and kitchenettes.
