Providing a range of housing. Designed as two distinct elements with an infill block to the front of the site along Fishponds Road and a larger block providing accommodation.
To the rear the scheme has been developed to create a balance between density and meaningful open space, to take a design led approach to massing and elevational treatment.
The intention was to capture the spirit of the traditional Victorian terrace in a modern idiom, using materiality, Proportion and configuration to achieve a sensitive elevational treatment which is not out of keeping in the area.
