This recently completed project involved the remodelling and enlargement of existing four bedroomed-terraced house in Fulham. The works were undertaken to high specification and the project was delivered on time and on budget for a repeat Client.

 

A completed new basement was formed - extending the full width and full length of the main house. Importantly, a generous floor to ceiling height of 2.7m was provided with light-wells at front and rear thus ensuring that this newly created space provides prime floor space rather than low ceiling secondary space often associated with basements. We have adopted a similar approach on previous projects and our Clients appreciate the benefit of accepting the deeper excavations necessary.

 

The new house comprises an open plan ground floor with reception room, kitchen, dining and family room, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, cinema, games room and associated utility/plant rooms.
