21st Architecture have been appointed as architects to seek planning permission to create a luxurious single-family dwelling in this prominent central London location.

 

The client is proposing to convert five existing separate residential properties into one single residential property over four floors with the benefit of car parking. The building is a red brick terraced house with stucco detailing in the Queen Anne Revival style.

 

Whilst the building is not listed, analysis is required to understand better the historic fabric and to develop a design solution, which pays respect to the original architecture.
